Leadership Summit,
organized by the National Minority AIDS Council, is being held this year May
20-23, in New Orleans.

Islander Wellness Center as we host the Asian & Pacific Islander Institute,
to be held 2:00-5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 21. For details, see below.
Description
The rise of HIV infections and AIDS cases among Asian and
Pacific Islanders calls for more data to get the most accurate
picture of the epidemic within these populations. During
this three-hour institute, you will learn about the current
national trends and local efforts by advocates, gain skills
in effective policy advocacy, identify and discuss gaps in
available data.
