Needs Assessments - County-wide Findings

FLARE is conducting Community Needs Assessments in each of the three counties. These needs assessments will target two specific A&PI populations, which are decided by the County Collaborative, and will vary from county to county. The results of the assessments will be used to identify gaps in HIV services and will inform the capacity-building process.
