Commemorate, Educate, Liberate – Celebrate!

Asian & Pacific Islander Wellness Center will be celebrating PRIDE on Sunday, June 25, 2006 for the 36th San Francisco Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Pride Celebration 2006. The Pride theme this year highlights empowerment through activism: pay tribute to our community’s accomplishments, educate our own and others, and PARTY! Commemorate a great year for our community by marching with the A&PI Wellness Center Parade Contingent/ Float in the Grand Parade. Be an educator and liberator by volunteering in the A&PI Wellness Booth and Pavilion. And celebrate! Dance, sing, and have fun with a fabulous line-up of artists and entertainers at the A&PI Pride Stage on Polk Street at Golden Gate Avenue, right by the Asian & Pacific Islander Pavilion.
