Chief Executive Officer
Governance Committee monitors board operating policies and by-laws, maintains a pool of potential, qualified board candidates, and conducts performance evaluation of the Chief Executive Officer.
Finance Committee ensures that the financial structure of the organization is adequate for its current needs and its long-range strategy, oversees and approves financial policies and procedures of the organization.
Fund Development Committee works closely with the Fund Development staff to develop the organization’s fundraising plan, in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan, while developing policies, plans, procedures, and schedules for board involvement in fundraising, leads the board’s participation in resource development and fundraising.
Quality Management Committee reviews and recommends to the Board for approval the Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement (QA/QI) plan annually, provides QA/QI orientation for board members, reviews organizational policies and program data to ensure that the scope, quality and promotion of clinical services align with regulatory requirements and the agency’s vision and mission.
Audit Committee appoints independent auditors to conduct annual audit, oversees entire audit process including review of final reports, and recommends approval of audit to the Board.
