We have a wide array of health and community services that are tailored to your needs, including workshops, support groups, needle exchange, mental health and substance use counseling, case management, and medical care.

Our drop-in center, TRANS:THRIVE, is a safe space by and for the transgender community. Together, we can get to health, wellness, and equality.

Medical Care

Connect to the Wellness Clinic to see providers who respect you and understand transgender health. Available for all, regardless of HIV status. Hormones available!

Mental Health & Substance Use

Our therapists can help you deal with crisis, depression, anxiety, addiction, and anything that keeps you from thriving.

Needle Exchange

Trade in your used needles for fresh, new ones (good for hormone injections or IDU).

Case Management

Get one-on-one support and assistance accessing public services for the transgender community. If you’re living with HIV, we will help you stay on top of your appointments and talk to your medical team.

Social Support

Connect with people who get you, wherever you are in your transition. Groups and special events are designed to support you with topics important to the community.
